What's Hava? (like Lava, but with an H)

When my oldest son was a toddler and in that stage of saying real words and speaking like a gremlin, his word for water was, you guessed it, Hava. This word, as silly as it is, always bring me back to that sweet, smiling boy — and it reminds me that I would do anything for him and his brother.

Enter Hava Hydration. Hava Hydration is the idea that adults, kids and teens can have a better option when it comes to their hydration. Whether it's after a hard workout or a practice that pushes them to be the best athlete they can be, Hava Hydration is there with you every step (or stride) of the way, replenishing the key electrolytes without any of the high sugar content or artificial flavors.

Sports has played an important role in shaping lives around the world. We want to make sure every child has that chance and what they need.

For every box sold, .50 cents will be donated to the charity, Good Sports, which makes sure all kids in underserved communities have the equipment they need to play.

The one gram of sugar is there to cut the salt taste so that it is still appealing and balanced for everyone. Sugar isn't the enemy. It's only when we over consume that is becomes a problem. If you are exercising while drinking HAVA, you will burn it.

That is the plan! My hope is to bring new and exciting flavors that are both refreshing, flavorful and seasonally relevant. But until then I hope you like one of the three that is offered. My favorite is Strawberry Lemonade.
